We will do our best to provide you with the model and color motorcycle you've requested. At times, due to unforeseen circumstances we may need to change the model or color you were originally assigned. If a model is to be exchanged we will make reasonable effort to notify you prior to your rental pickup day.
Motorcycle Rental Process: When you arrive at our office we will need to see your driver license and credit card. Again, the credit card must be in the name of the renter. We will charge your credit card for the remaining balance of the rental amount due. We will also swipe an authorization charge on your credit card in the amount of either $1,000 or $2,500 based on the insurance option you chose. You will then sign our rental agreement. We will then copy your signed rental agreement and provide the renter with a copy of the rental agreement along with a copy of the credit card receipts.
At this time we leave the office and go into the warehouse where we will provide the renter with an extensive orientation of the operation of the motorcycle you are renting. We will also document any existing scrapes, scratches or dents that may exist in addition to checking fuel level and tire pressure etc. You will then be able to load your gear and head out on your motorcycle adventure. The whole process takes about 15 to 20 minutes depending on the motorcycle and how many bells and whistles are installed that need to be explained.
Motorcycle Return Process: When you return the motorcycle, one of our employees will go over the motorcycle with you to make sure there are no additional damages done to the motorcycle. We will also make note of the mileage and the fuel level. We will then go into our office and close out your rental agreement. The process usually takes 5 to 10 minutes.
